29jili Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 29jili platform — whether via the website at 29jili.best, any associated mobile interfaces, or any other channel through which 29jili makes its services available — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, 29jili will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the 29jili platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you're always aware of the current version.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 29jili.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 29jili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Online gaming is strictly prohibited for minors under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be excluded from online gaming by any self-exclusion arrangement, court order, or regulatory directive.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of 29jili or any of its associated game providers.

29jili reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any point during your registration or continued use of the platform. If verification reveals that you do not meet eligibility requirements, your account will be suspended and any winnings derived during the ineligible period may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 29jili only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Information You Must Provide

When registering with 29jili, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information.

3.2 KYC Verification

29jili implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or UMID) and a selfie for identity verification. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time during your use of the platform at 29jili's discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. 29jili reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfied.

3.3 Account Currency

All 29jili accounts operate in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied. All bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 29jili login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

29jili will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 29jili and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@29jili.best immediately.

All activity conducted under your 29jili account login is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

5. Deposits and Payments

29jili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso via the following methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards are also accepted where available.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 29jili is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits typically process and reflect in your 29jili wallet within seconds to two minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing times. 29jili does not charge any fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

6. Withdrawals

29jili processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are available via GCash, Maya, and all Philippine bank accounts held in your name.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and Maya: Average 5–15 minutes; maximum 30 minutes during peak periods.
• InstaPay and PESONet: Typically within 2 hours during business days; up to next business day outside banking hours.
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking: 2–6 hours during business hours.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single withdrawal for standard accounts, though withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. 29jili may delay or suspend withdrawal processing if: (a) your account is under investigation; (b) KYC documentation is outstanding; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity; or (d) an active bonus on your account has not yet met its wagering requirements.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

29jili offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by 29jili carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of real-money gaming activity that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in qualifying game bets before withdrawal is permitted.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players with one account only. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, using shared devices, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through coordinated play will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements for active bonuses must be met within the bonus validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

7.4 29jili's Rights Regarding Bonuses

29jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reclaim bonus funds if we determine they were obtained through abuse of promotional systems, technical errors, or any conduct that falls outside the spirit of fair play.

8. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on 29jili are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or use physical equipment (in the case of live dealer games) that meets regulatory standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the long-run expected return to players as certified by independent testing laboratories.

8.1 Game Results

Game results on 29jili are final once confirmed by the game system. 29jili does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of the error shall be treated as the final result. If no outcome was recorded, the round will be treated as void and the bet returned.

8.2 Malfunctions

In the case of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, 29jili will investigate and apply the resolution that most accurately reflects what would have occurred had the malfunction not taken place. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction are void. 29jili's determination on malfunction resolutions is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 29jili and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 29jili.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment account for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, automated tools, or any technical means not authorised by 29jili.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including tournament and multi-player formats.
• Abusing promotional systems through coordinated account creation, bonus stacking, or any form of promotional fraud.
• Using the 29jili platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Placing bets with the intent to cancel, reverse, or chargeback a deposit transaction.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or any similar tools to misrepresent your physical location.

10. Responsible Gaming

29jili is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We provide the following tools within your account settings to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to remind you when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from 29jili for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts that display your session duration and net gaming activity at intervals of your choosing.

11. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 29jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

11.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

29jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the account has been used for prohibited conduct; (c) we are required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order; or (d) the account poses a financial, security, or compliance risk to 29jili or other players.

In cases of suspension due to investigation, account balances will be held pending resolution. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, balances will be returned. If misconduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 29jili will notify you by email before classifying your account as dormant. A monthly dormant account fee of ₱50 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. This fee covers administrative costs associated with maintaining inactive accounts.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through 29jili's internal dispute resolution process.

12.1 Dispute Process

If you have a dispute with 29jili, you must first contact our support team at support@29jili.best with full details of your complaint. 29jili will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate your complaint to our compliance team by requesting escalation in writing.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 29jili's liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 29jili shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 29jili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
